Check the Status of A Claim - How Do I Change the Email Address That You Are Sending the Verification Email To?

If you are trying to check the status of a claim, our system has a specific email address attached to your claim that you used when filing the claim. 

If you do not have access to that email address, please email us at claims@shipsurance.com and provide us a new email address to use for your claim. Please make sure to provide the complete claim number so we can update the proper claim on your behalf.
