Why are you verifying email addresses?

In order to file a claim or check the status of your claim, we make sure that the email address we have on file for your insured shipment or filed claim belongs to you. To do so, we email you a 6-digit verification code via email. This code expires 10 minutes after it is generated. You can request that another email is sent if you cannot access your email within 10 minutes.

Please make sure to check your SPAM folders if you are not receiving the emails.
