If you are trying to file a claim and our system has a specific email address attached to your insured shipment, we cannot change this address. This is because the platform that you are using to insure with us is sending us a specific email address that is linked to your account.
If you cannot receive emails to that address, you can file a claim by filling out our blank claim form. You will see a link that says "Cancel lookup and start a blank claim form by clicking here."
Please contact the platform provider and update your email address for future insured shipments.
