If you HAVE NOT received your 2FA code, please attempt the following steps:
- Check your spam folder: The email may have been misclassified as spam.
- Request a new code: If you're still not getting it, try the login process again and request another code
** Please enter the code in the same browser from which you requested it
If the provided options are ineffective, please send us an email requesting we use a different address. It could be beneficial to consider using an alternative email address that has a different email domain.
Example: If you currently have an email address with “@domain.com” in it, perhaps provide us an alternative “gmail.com” or “outlook.com” address. This way, if your current email account is not able to receive our emails, maybe your alternate account will be able to receive them.
If you HAVE received the code, but it’s not working, please attempt the following steps:
- Please enter the code in the same browser from which you requested it. Copying and pasting the page link (URL) into a different browser clears the page and prevents the code from being used.
- Try using an alternative browser OR using the browser incognito or private mode.
